Shipping  & Returns

YaYa Designs ships products through the United States Postal Service.  All online purchases are shipped with tracking and insurance on your package.  Shipments are sent via Priority Mail flat rate at a rate of $4.95.  Standard shipping is usually 2-4 days for delivery.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Standard shipping times are not guaranteed.

We will also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We will contact you with the actual shipping charges if they exceed the estimate.

If you are ever dissatisfied with your online purchase with us, please send an email to yayajewelrydesigns@gmail.com.  We can offer you a replacement, or store credit.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns/exchange items must be returned through a delivery carrier that can trace the shipment; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns sent COD will be refused.

Gift wrapping - $3.50

A unique gift-wrapping completes your purchase.  The natural brown sleeve box is tied with chocolate brown and sage green raffia ribbon.  The bow is finished with a beautiful flower and a gold fleur de lis embellished seal.

Also included is a cream card (attached to the ribbon) which we can fill out for you if you send us the appropriate message during checkout.

Cleaning & Storing

Never use anything but a 100% cotton cloth or a special sterling silver cleaning cloth (we find this is the best thing to use).

Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and believe it or not, sunshine. To keep tarnish to a minimum it is advised that you store your jewelry pieces when not wearing them. 

To reduce tarnish and keep your pieces tarnish free for months at a time, it is recommended that you keep your sterling silver jewelry in an air-tight protective bag made of tarnish proof cloth or you can use a sealed plastic bag.  We have supplied one for you to use. We have found sealed plastic bags work well for storing all of our sterling silver jewelry. This will allow you to store it properly and can be worn often with minimal cleaning required, making it very easy to care for and lots of fun to wear.
